The bark of certain species of Dracaena produces a resin known as “dragon’s blood”, which turns red and brittle as it dries.

With its palm-like silhouette, sturdy trunk and striking foliage, the elegant Dracaena evokes the beauty of faraway tropical landscapes. Its leaves range from green and yellow to golden and even red, appearing in a variety of shapes and patterns, from slender to broad, plain to delicately striped.

The illustration is framed by decorative borders inspired by antique ribbons, adding a refined ornamental touch to the composition.
