The partnership between Paradisio Imaginarium and the Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris was born from a shared desire to rediscover and celebrate iconic works from the heritage of the decorative arts.
Through the museum’s remarkable collections, we gained access not only to historic panoramic designs, but also to repeating patterns of exceptional graphic quality, reflecting the refinement and sophistication of eighteenth- and nineteenth-century decorative arts. Created to enhance the interiors of their time, these works continue to captivate today through the richness of their compositions and the delicacy of their execution.
The Search for Exceptional Designs
Our approach consists in selecting designs whose decorative strength, compositional balance, and poetic quality naturally resonate with the world of Paradisio Imaginarium.

Restoring to Preserve and Share
Our ambition is to restore these works to their original splendour, as though they had just emerged from the workshops and manufactures where they were first created.
Each design undergoes meticulous digital restoration to remove the marks left by time, recover the delicacy of the drawing, the precision of the engravings, and the richness of the details, while strictly preserving the composition and authenticity of the original artwork.
This exacting process allows the exceptional quality of these historic creations to be fully revealed and gives them a renewed presence within contemporary interiors.
A Work of Colour and Light
Colour lies at the heart of Paradisio Imaginarium’s creative approach and is one of the defining signatures of our house.
Each design is the result of extensive colour research, conceived to reveal the richness of the original works and bring them a renewed sensitivity, without ever altering their original drawing.
For certain panoramic designs, we have taken this approach further by imagining the landscape at emblematic moments of the day. The first light of dawn or the final moments before twilight envelop the décor in a unique atmosphere, revealing new nuances, new depths, and a different emotional dimension.
Light thus becomes a true artistic language, offering a renewed interpretation of these works and inviting everyone to rediscover the same landscape through a new emotion.
