Shipping policy
DELIVERY
The available shipping methods depend on the type, size, weight and quantity of the items ordered, as well as the destination country.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Depending on the products ordered, deliveries are carried out by La Poste – Colissimo, DHL, or DB Schenker for large or particularly fragile items.
Production times vary according to the collection. Some of our creations are made to order to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Estimated production times:
-
Fine art prints: approximately 7 working days
-
Framed fine art prints: approximately 12 working days
-
Wallpapers: made to order
-
Trays, decorative objects, notebooks and tableware: shipped according to stock availability
When several items are ordered together, they will normally be shipped in a single parcel unless otherwise requested. In this case, the dispatch time will correspond to the item requiring the longest production time.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Paradisio Imaginarium cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, the selected carrier, and the weight, dimensions and nature of the products ordered.
PACKAGING
We take the greatest care in preparing every order.
Each creation is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Fine art prints are shipped either flat or rolled, depending on their size. Framed artworks benefit from reinforced protective packaging and, for larger formats, are fitted with high-quality acrylic glazing to minimise the risk of damage during transport.
Trays, decorative objects, notebooks and tableware are individually wrapped and carefully protected to ensure safe delivery.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery.
If the package shows visible signs of damage, we strongly recommend opening it in the presence of the delivery driver and noting detailed reservations on the delivery receipt before signing.
If the parcel is clearly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery.
No claim relating to transport damage can be accepted once the delivery receipt has been signed without reservation.
Please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of both the parcel and the damaged item(s).
DELIVERIES BY FREIGHT CARRIER
For deliveries made by a specialist freight carrier, your order will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Depending on the carrier's conditions of service, delivery may be made at the entrance of your property or building rather than inside your home.
In accordance with Article L133-3 of the French Commercial Code, any claim relating to loss or transport damage must be notified directly to the carrier within three working days of delivery by registered letter or by any other legally accepted means.
