HOW TO CARE FOR MY ILLUSTRATION
For optimal preservation of your illustration, we advise you to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and locations with high light or humidity.
QUALITY
Our commitment is to offer you high-end illustrations, wallpapers and decorative objects. In an artistic approach, we create, manufacture and assemble each product in France on paper used for reproductions in Museums and use for printing, ultra concentrated pigments.
WHERE ARE YOUR CREATIONS MADE
Our wallpapers, illustrations and cards are printed in France. Only our trays are made in Sweden and India.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM MADE?
You have the possibility to ask us for tailor-made items but only for our wallpapers.

PACKAGING
We take the greatest care in packaging the items we ship. Paper prints are shipped flat up to and including 30 x 40 cm format and on a roll for larger formats. The frames are shipped with corner protections in specific boxes which at least effectively protect them from any risk of deterioration. We handle the prints as well as the frames with gloves and are very attentive to health rules.
Order
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
For any online purchase, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of your online order, except in the case of large formats as these are made to measure. Contact our customer servicecontact@paradisio-imaginarium.com who will tell you what to do. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and are the responsibility of the customer (see T&Cs). Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
HOW DO I FIND MY INVOICE?/
No invoice is included in our packages. This was sent to you by email when you ordered. If you would like a duplicate, write to us atcontact@paradisio-imaginarium.com

Delivery
SHIPPING METHOD
The majority of our products are shipped by DHL, however we ship our illustrations in the following formats by Colissimo: 30 x 40 single prints.
Our large formats (100 X 140 CM) are shipped by the carrier Schenker
Our trays are shipped by Colissimo.
MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING TIMES
We do not have stock except for our trays
our illustrations as well as our wallpapers are printed on demand. Consequently, once your order has been placed, the indicative delivery time is:
- Paper printouts: 7 working days
- Framed prints: 12 working days.

MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We have implemented very strict quality controls. The damage therefore remains exceptional. Do not hesitate to send us photos of your package and the damaged item, by email to paradisioimaginarium.com and to contact us if necessary at 0611109656. We recommend that you check the condition of the products delivered in mentioning it on the delivery note. If you do not unpack your items in the presence of the delivery person, you will be advised to express reservations on the delivery note, indicating subject to unpacking. The package will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
Payments and security
WHAT PAYMENT MEANS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can pay for your order on our site by:
- bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal (payment in 3 installments)
For payments by transfer, write to us at contact@paradisio-imaginarium.com and we will give you instructions.
We do not currently accept checks.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Paradisio Imaginarium has chosen payment systems that are efficient and reliable in terms of security. We use the stripe and paypal payment system.
We have no access to confidential information relating to the payment method you use during checkout. This is why you will be asked for your bank details for each new order.
