Mediterranean illustration inspired by the panoramic setting Les Paysages de Télémaque dans l'île de Calypso published in 1861 by La Manufacture Joseph Dufour. This view of the seaside and its emblematic Mediterranean trees enveloped by this special light from the south and this sea in the middle of the land.... PARADISIO IMAGINARIUM publishes illustrations from the 18th and 19th centuries which are part of the treasures of French Decorative Arts.
This illustration differs from the original, because no ancient character appears there.
